Start to go unstable – arch and try again but still can’t find toggle. Start to porpoise. Instructor deployed chute for me.

Bad position on exit. Very tense and stiff. Instructor kept hold for whole dive. Didn’t attempt any maneuvers. Not good at checking altitude. Instructor deployed chute for me just after 5,000 before I even tried.
